For me, the first time I want from my iPhone was to personalize it. Something that will sound’s of who you are and look of who you are. For iPhone to do it will surely cost you more, something that will be heavy in your pocket. But for time like this, FREE is the best deal, a total steal we usually say it.
In iPhone to create your own ringtones you need to purchase song in iTunes and the song must be DRM free and it was not that easy to do in iTunes and if you are un-lucky like me you will surely cry to death 
, what I did just to test it and make a ringtones in a legal way in favor of Apple I purchase the full DRM-Free album of “Rage against the Machine” because I like the “Bombtrack” to be my ringtone but for some reason I got error doing it, even doing it in the whole album.
But I know that is not the end of my personalize ringtones, so I keep googling rintones maker until I come up to see “SHARETONES” by djnitrogen and it was FREE and easy to use. Yap, it was FREE but for a limited time offer (still free in writing) so grab it now before it’s gone. And i will suggest once installed be careful to upgrade it maybe the next time you upgrade it, it will cost you now.
