Probably you get this error after installing the Memor32 Savegame Manager. So you go back to the Memor32 official download site and tell you to download the Memor32 Driver. But this will lead you to a Link site and try to download the driver and after unzipping it there is no .exe file to execute. [...]

The Memento team are back with their latest hacked firmware for use with the Memor 32 memory card for PS2. The new v1.1 build now adds Dev1 and Dev 3 mode which allows for the launching of up to four different applications from the memory card/USB hdd and memory stick.

The old russian Memento (the hackers who released firmware for the Memor 32 to play backups) website was forcibly taken down, but they have moved to a new location at mementoteam.com. On the website they note that soon v1.0 firmware for use with the Memor 32 memory card will be available with NTSC support.
