Don’t be surprised if Jk108 keep on developing his Ultimate PSPTube app which is now on version 2.0, like on the previous version Jk108 fixed a lot of bugs issue and also added two more new Video site on the long list of site already supported.
But added to that hype, PSP Homebrew dev “Ardatan” make it more powerful and better with his “Ultimate PSPTube 2.0 + High Memory Mod” a modification version of already modified PSPTube. What the mod can do? This mod increases the memory which PSPTube uses… So PSPTube runs faster…better
Installation:
Delete any old version of Ultimate PSPTube that is already on your PSP and then simply copy the folder
“Ultimate PSPTube” into the directory “PSP/GAME” on your PSP. There should now be the folder
“PSP/GAME/Ultimate PSPTube”. That’s all you need to do.
Controls:
While Not Playing Video:
Select – Changes the selected site which is displayed in the top left corner.
X – Play the selected video.
O – Search for videos on the selected site.
Triangle – Brings up the menu where you can save to favourites, add to playlist etc.
Square – Switches the view. Either search results, video playback or split.
L Trigger – Previous page of results.
R Trigger – Next page of results.
While Playing Video:
O – Stops the video returns to search results.
Square – Switches the view. Either search results, video playback or split.
Triangle – Hides the time display. Press again to hide video playback and then press again to show all.
Select – Change the video playback size.
Start – Pauses the video. Press again to resume.
Left Arrow – Slows down the playback speed.
Right Arrow – Speeds up the playback speed.

hey, very cool stuff. Really appreiciat this. However i am runing into some weird problem here. I have followed ur instruction of playing all different types of video on psp, it does play the video, but everything is in slow motion and the audio sounds just like music is playing while the walkman runs out power. i am using firmware 5.00-mss. does it have to do anything with the version of the firmware. Please give me some suggestion. Thanks!

erm…do you replace the eboot from high mem mod folder to psptube or just leave it? using the frist step, it keeps saying loading……and doesnt actually finsih.cant turn off and have to remove psp battery

Hey Bryan,
You need to place the High Memory mod and PSP Tube as two different folders in the PSP/GAME folder. That will work!

GRR I know, same here.
I think something is happening everyone using ultimate psptube 2.0 is experiencing failure on youtube i got the same thing it just says no results for no matter what you type in. If somebody knows whats going on please post !!!! that makes me the fourth person now.
It’s been a while now since they release this version of PSPTube, I hope JK108 and Ardatan will update this apps, Youtube changes their script again so most likely youtube is not working right now.

I had this youtube problem where it showed no results when trying to search with the past ultimate psptube 1.5 (not so sure if it was that version) and 2.0 and the only way it fixed was by… updating. I just got this new psptube and the same problem is occuring.
Ive read the above post(s) and it seemed that youtube is changing something to their site so hopefully fixes this
