UPDATE:

I found out just this hour that Amazon.com pull-out their Metal Gear Solid 4 Box Art with close-up face pictures of Solid Snake which I post as a look alike of Tom Selleck and Amazon replace it with black cover with no images just the title as shown above.

What do you think guys is this just another part of Amazon propaganda, a gimmick or a real mistakes for exposing the Box Art and get pressure from Konami. But I guess this is just another good creation by a Photoshop Artist.
