After the release of PSP-3000 last year, rumors of PSP-4000 starting to spread across the web like a wildfire. I can’t understand why this rumor keeps on coming every time a new PSP had been released. Was it the Gamers never been happy with the entire released PSP version or just want new and better handheld console? Something not just a game console but with other capabilities, like able you to play  PS3 save games or a touch screen and make a call. lol
Well, if there’s a smoke probably their was a fire, latest report that the PSP-4000 is real but with a new sleek look, totally redesign, a sliding screen features a la Sony Mylo but running in the existing PSP technology, this only means that the rumored model was not really a PSP2 but a PSP-4000.
The source said that PSP-4000 looks almost the same as the fan made image above, and will only probe it until the official announcement happen this coming GDC or E3. The model itself will be released sometimes this year.
Until the physical model seen in the atmosphere, I can say this is just a rumor trying to build hype.
