PSP homebrew users will now get a chance to watch LIVE TV channel straight from their PSP console, Homebrew developer j13dj has released PSP Live TV app which is an application that will let you watch TV stations on your PSP (any gen). However, it is currently limited to 14 channels and they are all in French right now. It was just in beta version I can say, so don’t be surprised if you’re having a hard time to make this work. The idea is really cool and totally promising, hopefully he can share the code his using to this app so more Homebrew developer will develop this on a powerful apps like PSPTube. Speaking of PSPtube, PSP Live TV app was actually a mod version of sofiyacat’s PSPTube, he modify the script to stream live TV channel in the internet so you still need internet connection with this app instead of 1Seg controller.
There are 14 channels: BFM TV, Bloomberg TV, Direct 8, France 24, Fashion TV, TF1, NRJ Hit, Tfou, NRJ Dance, Eurosport, MCM Top, RFI and more (just check it).

This is a cool discovery, what happen is that I try to know what is the purpose of “favorite” folders inside the “Ultimate PSPtube package, like how can I save all the video stream their, so I try to upload some videos manually inside the “favorite” folder, with all types of video extension I have and then when I open Ultimate PSPtube in my PSP, voila! all the video shown even without wi-fi connection and it play all video extension I have their.
So why not share it and let everybody know now that you can able to play almost all type of Videos extension in your PSP with no need to convert it first and without paying more money for any PSP video converter applications. Which means it’s free. All you need to do now is your usual routine “drag and drop” system for uploading files to your PSP and the powerful free Homebrew application “Ultimate PSPTube”.

The first time I found out that someone successfully run an exploit in PSP 3000, the first time come to my mind was the game they using to exploit it, like in the previous PSP version. Why is that, well for sure that game will be hard to find now, the best bet is eBay but for sure the price is way higher now. But I will cross my finger for “Rogers plus” where I able to bought my GTA and Lumines.
